BloomDash is a software platform, not a bank, payment processor, or money services business. Subscription billing is processed by Dodo Payments, Inc., acting as Merchant of Record; applicable taxes such as VAT or GST are calculated, collected, and remitted by Dodo Payments at checkout. BloomDash does not process, collect, or hold payments between agencies and their clients: invoices created in BloomDash are billing records, and clients settle them directly with the agency outside the platform. Card details are collected and stored by our payment partner, never by BloomDash. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Each workspace ("portal") on BloomDash is operated by the agency that created it, including portals served under an agency’s own brand and custom domain. BloomDash provides the underlying software only: we are not a party to any agreement, invoice, or transaction between an agency and its clients, and agencies are solely responsible for the services they sell, the content they publish, the invoices they issue, and their own tax and legal obligations.

Electronic signatures are provided through our e-signature partner, Firma.dev, which maintains ESIGN and eIDAS compliance. Documents signed through BloomDash include a tamper-evident audit trail and a cryptographic fingerprint of the signed file, and the sealed document and its evidence are archived for your records. Some document types and jurisdictions restrict or exclude the use of electronic signatures; you are responsible for confirming that an electronic signature is appropriate for your documents. BloomDash is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

AI features in BloomDash generate content automatically. Prompts you submit to the assistant are processed by our AI infrastructure partner, Groq, Inc., to produce responses; conversations are not stored by the provider. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before you rely on it or share it with a client. AI output is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not submit personal or confidential data you do not wish to share.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (AES-256). Databases, authentication, and file storage are hosted with Supabase in the European Union (Ireland), and the application is delivered through Vercel. Access to workspace data is enforced per portal, so clients only see their own space. The full list of subprocessors, each bound by a Data Processing Addendum incorporating standard contractual clauses, is published in our Privacy Policy, along with your GDPR and CCPA rights, including data export and deletion.

Third-party tools you connect or embed in a workspace (such as Notion, Figma, Calendly, or Google) remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. BloomDash does not control their availability, pricing, or data practices; connections are authorized by you via OAuth and can be revoked at any time. Optional sign-in with Google or Microsoft is used solely for authentication.
